First Thing is to Download Our TeleHealth App
Once you have downloaded our app, you will need to fill out a series of questions, which shouldn’t take longer than 5-10 minutes of your time, and then choose an appointment time that suits you.
So let’s get started by downloading the EyeCareLive app we use for our Telehealth Service. Just take a photo of the appropriate QR code on your smartphone. That should then launch the app to start the download process.
NOTE: The latest IOS operating system even lets users use the flashlight for scanning QR codes in low lightings. However, iPhones running on versions lower than iOS 11 still need a QR code scanner app.
